P\u00fcnktlich um 09.15h trafen wir uns im ehemaligen Kloster Kappel zu Kaffee und Gipfeli. Nach einer kurzen Einf\u00fchrung ging es dann schon los. Die Route f\u00fchrte uns erst hinunter nach Baar, dann aber gleich hinauf nach Menzingen und durch die sch\u00f6nen H\u00fcgel des Zugerlands an der JVA Bostadel vorbei an den Z\u00fcrisee. Die F\u00e4hre brachte uns alle sicher nach Meilen, wo der Pfannenstiel mit ruppigen Steigungen, viel Sonne und Hitze auf uns wartete. Alle hatten zu k\u00e4mpfen und die ersten Fussm\u00e4rsche waren angesagt. Es heisst ja nicht umsonst: \u201eWer sein Rad liebt, der schiebt\u201c.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Elsbeth k\u00e4mpfte hart und lange mit der Hitze. Auch Rolf, Hansi oder R\u00e4du mussten sich aber irgendwann geschlagen geben. Wobei Letzterer deutlich l\u00e4nger durchgehalten h\u00e4tte, wenn der w\u00e4rmende Beinpelz nicht gewesen w\u00e4re<span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t55\/1\/16\/1f607.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude07\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>. Nach einem kurzen Mittagshalt am Greifensee forderte die Kyburg die n\u00e4chsten K\u00f6rner. Zumindest die Gruppe Capuccino erinnerte sich an ihren Namen und g\u00f6nnte sich da einen Kaffee oder etwas \u00e4hnliches<span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t57\/1\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude09\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>. Dann stachen wir ins T\u00f6sstal, g\u00f6nnten uns etwas Auslauf und nahmen Anlauf auf den Sternenberg. Die tolle Aussicht und die sch\u00f6ne Location mussten wir uns echt verdienen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Jetzt geniessen wir ein feines zNacht und bereiten uns mental auf die morgige Etappe mit fast 100km und 2300H\u00f6henmetern vor.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Es wird heiss morgen Die mittlere Temperatur betr\u00e4gt -1.9 Grad Celsius und mit einem Jahresmittel von 2837 mm ist der S\u00e4ntis der \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e4sseste\u00a0\u00bb Ort der Schweiz. Die tiefste jemals gemessene Temperatur war -32 Grad Celsius im Januar 1905 und die h\u00f6chste 21 Grad Celsius am 26.6.2019. Mit Schnee muss in allen Monaten gerechnet werden &#8211; so lagen etwa im August 1995 ein Meter Schnee. Von der Schw\u00e4galp ging es erst der alten Passstrasse entlang und dann liessen wir es bis Neu Sankt Johann \u201etsch\u00e4dere\u201c. Nach ein paar Kilometern in Richtung Wildhaus bogen wir rechts ab. Ein sch\u00f6ner Anstieg mit tollem Ausblick liess das Herz schneller schlagen und so ging es auf ganz speziellen Wegen hinauf nach Wildhaus, wo unser Simi wohnt.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Die Abfahrt hinunter ins Rheintal nahmen wir auch auf Nebenstrassen in Angriff. Leider wurde das mit dem Baden nichts heute (in der Badi fand ein Oooooohhhhhmm-Kurs, sprich Yoga-Kurs statt). Schon um 08.30h starteten die ersten Gruppen und fuhren dem Rhein entlang in Richtung Rorschach. Wer ZRR kennt weiss, dass es nicht einfach dem Damm entlang geht und so machten wir einige Schlenker \u00fcber Montlingen, bis es in Berneck einige H\u00f6henmeter zu bezwingen galt. Hier \u00fcberholten die starken Gruppen von Patrick und M\u00e4ge die Fr\u00fchstarter. Ein herzliches \u201eHallo\u201c und schon waren sie vorbei. Sch\u00f6n, dass bei uns alles zusammen passt&#8230; Von sportlich schnell bis sportlich Cappuccino&#8230; so kommen alle auf ihre Kosten&#8230;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Leider meinte es der Badewettergott wieder nicht so gut mit uns und wir genossen in der Badi-Goldach leider nur Fl\u00fcssiges und Snacks.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Aber dann&#8230; es galt nach Heiden zu kommen. Die einen bequem und mit Spass im Zug und die Anderen mit Spass und Watt am Berg! Harte Aufstiege, traumhafte Abfahrten, Aussichten zum Staunen, Tempo, Kampf mit sich selbst, ein stilles Fl\u00fcchlein, ein herzliches Lachen, ein motivieren und gegenseitiges Anstacheln&#8230; alles war dabei und wird sch\u00f6n in Erinnerung bleiben.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">In Appenzell genossen wir ein sehr feines zNacht im Hotel S\u00e4ntis. Irgendwie schien es, als w\u00fcrden wir die letzte Etappe mit \u00fcber 1600 H\u00f6henmetern feiern. Wir begegneten verborgenen landschaftlichen Wunderwelten und erlebten Zauberhaftes, Vielf\u00e4ltiges, Erstaunliches und auch immer mal wieder kleine Highlights.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammen mit Gleichgesinnten machten wir auch dieses Jahr wieder wunderbare helvetische Entdeckungen, erhielten neue kulinarische Einblicke in die Regionen, weiteten unseren Blick auf die Schweiz und ihre Geschichte und kamenin
